Exchange & Refund
At AFSHEEN CLOSET, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
We will gladly exchange any item that is returned in a saleable condition, along with its original invoice, tags intact, and packaging in place.
Please note:

Product images (color, design, and finish) may slightly vary from the actual product due to device screen settings, lighting, or natural variations in fabric.
We only accept products for return/exchange if:

The product has a manufacturing fault.

An incorrect size was sent.

A wrong item was shipped.
All return and exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.
Order Issue Policy
If you receive a damaged parcel, a missing item, or face any issue with your order, you must report it within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
To ensure quick resolution, please provide your order number and clear pictures of the product/parcel when filing the complaint.
Note: Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
AFSHEEN CLOSET follows a No Refund Policy.

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Exchange Policy.

Refunds are not applicable in any case, except if payment has been received but the product is completely unavailable or out of stock.

In such rare cases, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared and the order cannot be cancelled.
AFSHEEN CLOSET reserves the right to cancel or edit orders in cases such as:

Out-of-stock items.

Payment issues.

Pricing or technical errors.
